Function            cursor_blink - set speed of cursor blink

  Syntax              void cursor_blink(boolean fast);

  Prototype in        video.h

  Remarks             this function will make the cursor blink fast if
                      fast is TRUE, or slow if fast is FALSE.

  Return value        nothing.
